Recent EU Withdrawal Vote

I promised that I would update residents on the rationale as to why I didn’t support last nights “Meaningful Vote” on the Withdrawal Agreement.

Firstly, I would like to update residents on the Prime Minister's statement on Tuesday. In it she announced that the next “Meaningful Vote” on the proposals that she brings back to Parliament will be held by 12th March.

Health Secretary visits George Eliot Hospital

Matt Hancock, the Secretary of State for Health, joined local MPs Craig Tracey and Marcus Jones, George Eliot Chief Executive Glen Burley and Chairman Prem Singh in an extensive visit to our hospital.

Craig says second referendum has no credibility

North Warwickshire and Bedworth's MP  Craig Tracey spoke in Prime Minister's Questions, urging Parliament to honour the EU Referendum result.

The local MP was one of 67% of residents who voted to leave the European Union in 2016. 

Police in Warwickshire to receive up to £7m in increased funding

Craig Tracey MP for North Warwickshire & Bedworth has welcomed a Government announcement of significant funding increases for Warwickshire’s Police Force. The news follows the release of figures showing that crime was down in the area during 2018 compared to the previous year.
